What a joy it is to capture these beautiful moments in my dear friends' lives! I've known the Delgados for quite a few years now and I've been privileged to photograph their family on many important occasions. In the first photo below, I was honored to capture Miss Emma's first birthday party. Then, I had the opportunity to photograph the Delgados for their annual Christmas card. The last time we got together for a photo session, we met in Atlantic Beach and were blessed with a beautiful cotton candy sky for some sweet family photos.
Part 1 - Maternity Session
Now, Emma gets to be a BIG SISTER! I met Estrella, Gio, and Emma near Riverside at a beautiful park near the St Johns River for their maternity session. Estrella looked radiant in a blush gown and floral headpiece. And, Emma, she couldn't contain her excitement over becoming a big sister.
The light was perfectly golden and we had the entire park to ourselves. It was a serene early Saturday evening.

There was a beautiful arch with overgrown greenery that was the perfect ethereal backdrop for these photographs. I love how the green contrasts with the pink of Estrella's dress. I imagine this is what an enchanted garden would look like.

We ended our time together in this beautiful mosaicked gazebo. I loved how the bright colors add so much to these pictures. I had the best time with this photogenic family!
PART 2 - Newborn SESSION
Precious baby girl, Gabriella Marie {Gaby}, graced the world with her presence on May 27th. When she was only 8 days old, I was given the privilege to come to the Delgados' home and photograph their bundle of joy. Our sleepy angel was a pleasure to photograph. Estrella had the most delicately-adorable headbands and lace outfits for Gaby to wear during her session.
I love this galvanized bucket with the pale pink accents. Gaby is so tiny that she snuggled perfectly into it. She slept so peacefully as I snapped away. I couldn't help but take a photo of her tiny little ears.

Thank you, Delgado Family, for trusting me with your most precious moments! Emma and Gaby are blessings. I can't wait to watch them grow up together.
